First Entry

Well, this is my 3rd day in Shanghai already. So far everything has go on smoothly. Ate breakfast at the airport b4 we went up the aeroplane. Sat with Si Jing and qi ming in the aeroplane and i ate fish noodle, the food is still fine for me. Reach Pudong around 3plus. And we got a bus to fetch us to our own hostel, well, i think the bus uncle doesnt know the way and we keep turning and turning.

The traffic there is very very bad, people is not the important one, is the bus. So although it is for us to walk the bus don't care one. Is dangerous there.

First day went to eat rice with minced meat and egg, still not too bad, not really very different from Singapore food. But the weather here is very cold, cannot take it although i have wear alot and thick. Went to SIMM on the 2nd day, and all of us have been separated to different department. My department still not too bad, the people there treat me very nice. So went to meet my professor too and he pass me a book to read up 1st. My office hour is 9am-5pm. So went there to meet the teacher that i am doing project with and he ask me to boil the mandarin orange skin for like 4hrs.

Went to have lunch with the student there and they actually pay my meal. Guess how much i spend? I spend like 3 ren min bi. After work we went to have dinner at subway and the taste is almost the same, so still not too bad. After dinner we went back to the hostel.
